At Inner Doors, we believe in the transformative power of somatic healing and inner work to transform us individually and collectively. As a nonprofit educational service provider, our mission is to guide students on a journey of discovery, empowering them to unlock their full creative potential and evolve more inspired and sustainable ways of life. We emphasize exploration of theories and practices that promote healing of divisions between conscious/unconscious, mind/body, and spirit/matter. With a compassionate and embodied approach, we strive to create a supportive environment where everyone can heal, learn, and thrive.
Founded in 2024, Inner Doors seeks to be a home for all those those interested in the study, cross-pollination, and practical experimentation in the fields of somatic studies, depth psychology, and creative expression – as well as the spiritual and sacred inquiry that transcends all fields.
Over time as we grow, we will provide inspiring and accessible talks, courses, and workshops; safe spaces for individual and group process and practice; and a library of oral, written, and artistic transmissions from established and emergent voices in the field and members of the Inner Doors community.
